ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Upon acceptance of a quotation from Clickrise Media, these Terms of Agreement are automatically accepted. Quotations include a link to these terms. If you do not agree, please notify us upon receipt of the quotation.

SERVICES OFFERED

​

Clickrise Media offers a range of digital marketing services customized to meet client goals, including:

• Paid Traffic: Optimized advertising campaigns for fast growth.

• SEO: Enhanced visibility and organic search ranking.

• Social Media Management: Engaging content and audience interaction.

SERVICE SELECTION

​

Clickrise Media will work with each client to recommend and tailor services best suited to their business needs and objectives.

​

PAYMENT TERMS

​

All payments are due within 30 days of invoice issuance. Payment extensions up to 60 days may be arranged upon mutual agreement.

​

LATE PAYMENT FEES

​

Late payments incur an 8% interest charge in addition to a €40 collection fee, in line with the Late Payments Law.

​

SERVICE PAUSE DUE TO DELAYED PAYMENTS

​

If payment is delayed, all Clickrise Media services, reports, and deliverables will be paused until full payment is received.

​

TERMINATION

​

For ongoing contracts, early termination requires payment of the remaining contract balance in full. Termination is not permitted for one-time projects; full payment is due upon completion.

​

CONTENT CREATION

​

Clickrise Media offers content creation for posts, reels, stories, ads, and blog posts for both our platforms and white-label use. This includes writing captions, hashtag research, and optimization.

Approval Process: Any requests for content approval must be communicated at least 10 days before posting or sharing.

REVISIONS

​

Each content piece includes two free revisions. Additional revisions are available for a prepaid flat rate of €75 (plus VAT) per two revisions.

​

COPYRIGHTS FOR WHITE-LABEL CONTENT

​

White-label content produced by Clickrise Media is licensed for client use for one year. Clients wishing to continue use beyond this period must reach out to renew the license.

ANALYTICS & REPORTING

​

Reports and analytics for posts and stories will be available upon request, between 7 and 14 days after publication.

MEETINGS

​

All meetings are conducted online, via platforms such as Google Meet or Skype.

PRICING

​

Media Kit prices are indicative and may change without notice. VAT and applicable taxes are not included and are the client’s responsibility.
